What you need to know as the New Year begins

We hope that you have a busy start to your year and that business is looking strong for 2018.

Thank you for your continued participation in the VELUX Certified Installer scheme. We’re looking to make the scheme bigger and better in 2018, so please keep an eye out for our newsletters and on the Facebook group for special promotions that we’ll be running throughout this year.

New prices take effect on 5 February 2018

You will have already seen that the new price list comes into effect on 5 February 2018.

As communicated, there are changes to our pricing structure across both UK and ROI. As always, we have distributed the weighted average, however this year we have also advised the product specific changes to you well in advance of the 2018 price change.

You should now have received the full price file by email. The full price list will also be contained in the 2018 VELUX brochure which you’ll receive before the price change on 5 February. Keep a look out for this!

Keep collecting your VELUX Rewards

Don’t forget that the VELUX Rewards scheme will continue throughout 2018, giving you the opportunity to earn some excellent perks.

Every time you buy selected VELUX products you can earn VELUX Rewards. You can then save these rewards and spend them at retailers such as Argos, Ticketmaster, John Lewis (UK only) and Dunnes (ROI only).

Similarly to last year, there will be opportunities throughout 2018 where you can earn bigger Rewards. We will of course be in touch closer to the time, with the relevant details, so that you have the chance to maximise these offers.

Remember also that as part of our ‘replacement windows’ initiative, you benefit from Rewards for the new window you install as well as £10/€12 additional rewards for every older VELUX roof window that you replace.
